Ethos

 

Story of Pan began with an interest in Greek mythology, particularly the figure of Pan, which developed while I was studying Literature. Years later, when I began making my own jewellery, the name stuck.

Before establishing Story of Pan, I spent five years working and training in fine jewellery in London's Hatton Garden, developing my skills in traditional jewellery making and stone setting.

My work draws on a longstanding interest in literature, mythology, folklore and the natural world. I particularly enjoy exploring these subjects through jewellery, combining traditional techniques with more sculptural forms and textures.

Each piece is made by hand in London, predominantly using recycled precious metals. I work across small collections, one-of-a-kind pieces and bespoke commissions, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, individuality and longevity.
